| 摘 要： | 目的 我们利用亲和层析和荧光分光光度技术建立了血中糖氧化型低密度脂蛋白（Gly-ox-LDL)的测定方法。方法 利用柠檬酸－肝素溶液沉淀血中低密度脂蛋白（LDL），使用氨基苯硼酸琼脂糖凝胶分离其中糖化低密度脂蛋白（Gly-LDL)，再用荧光分光光度技术测定Gly-LDL中的丙二醛含量，确立了反应体系中最佳测定条件。结果 证实颈动脉粥样硬化病人血中Gly-ox-LDL含量明显高于对照组。

| Abstract: | Determining method of glycoxidative low density lipoprotein (Gly ox LDL) was established with affinity chromatography and fluorospectrophotometry. Plasma low density lipoprotein (LDL) was sedimented by citrate heparin solution. The glycated LDL (Gly LDL) was separed by aminophenylborate gel affinity chromagraphy and MDA levels of Gly LDL were measured by fluorospectrophotometry. The optimal determining condition was formed in the investigation. It is was found that the plasma Gly ox LDL was higher in carotid atherosclerosis group than in controls.[ |
