胰腺癌诊断的生物标记物研究进展

摘    要:胰腺癌缺乏早期特异性症状,恶性程度较高,早期就有局部侵犯和转移.当前,手术切除是根治胰腺癌唯一的方法.但是,临床上尚缺乏有效的早期筛查手段,多数患者确诊时已无法实施根治性切除.因此早期诊断是提高胰腺癌的生存率的关键.血清糖抗原CA19-9是目前仅有的可用于胰腺癌诊断的特异生物标记,在胰腺癌患者中其特异性达到90%.然而,CA19-9在评估胰腺癌患者愈后及监测病情方面仍存在争议.近年来,随着技术的进步,发现新的胰腺癌特异性生物标记物成为了可能.本文就胰腺癌生物标记物的研究进展作一综述.

Abstract:Prancreatic cancer(PC) is characterized by the lack of early specific symptoms and higher degree of ma- lignancy and local invasion and metastasis in the early stage. Currently, the only potentially curative approach for PC is surgical resection. However, the invasive and meatastatie nature of the tumor makes complete removal difficult due to the lack of effective early detection of PC. Consequently, the application of effective early detection of PC is critical to improve the survival rate. Current biomarker research in PC indicates that a serum carbohydrate antigen, CA19 -9, is the only available biomarker with approximately 90% specificity to PC. However,the efficacy of CA19 -9 for assess- ing prognosis and monitoring patients with PC remains contentious. In recent years, as technology advances, new pan- creatic cancer - specific biomarkers become possible. This paper reviews the advances of pancreatic cancer biomarker research.
