| 摘 要： | 本文以消渴丸为阳性对照组,研究了复方降糖合剂对小白鼠四氧嘧啶型高血糖和正常小白鼠的降糖作用及急性毒性实验。口服复方降糖合剂(0.6g/k,6g/kg)对小白鼠四氧嘧啶型高血糖的降糖效果均优于消渴丸(0.6g/kg,6g/kg)阳性对照组。

| Abstract: | The action of lowering blood sugar and the acute toxicity of Mist Metformini Co were studied in the normal mice, and allocan high blood sugar mice Xiaoke pill as positive control. The differant oral doses of Mist Metformini Co were effective to the alloxan high blood sugar mise in lowering blood sugar level compared to the Xiaoke pill. |
