死亡相关蛋白激酶在卵巢上皮性癌的表达及临床意义

目的检测卵巢上皮性癌中死亡相关蛋白激酶的表达及与病理分期、细胞分化程度、淋巴转移的相关性。方法用免疫组化SP法检测正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及卵巢上皮性癌中DAPK的表达水平。结果卵巢上皮性癌中DAPK的阳性表达率51．61％，明显低于正常卵巢组织（100％）和良性卵巢上皮肿瘤（80．96％），P〈0．05。研究还发现DAPK低表达与卵巢上皮性癌的病理分级、细胞分化程度及淋巴转移有关。结论DAPK作为一种促细胞凋亡基因的表达产物，其表达下调与卵巢上皮性癌的发生、发展过程密切相关；DAPK可能通过促进细胞凋亡和细胞分化对卵巢上皮性癌的侵袭与转移起抑制作用。

Express of death assoiciated protein kinase in ovarian epithelial carcinoma

Objective:To study the express of death assoiciated protein kinase in patients with ovarian epithelial carcinoma.Methods:The expression of death associated protein kinase was detected by immunohistochemical SP technique in normal ovaries,beign tumor and ovarian epithelial carcinoma,respectively.The relationship between the expression of DAPK and clinical date of ovarian carcinoma was analyzed.Results:The positive of DAPK was 100 %,80.96%,51.61% in normal ovaries,beign tumor and ovarian epithelial cancer,showing significant difference between beign tumor and ovarian epithelial cancer.There was a possive expression of DAPK was corretlated with histology grades,axillary lymohnode status.Conclusion:As an apoptotic promoter low expression or loss of DAPK gene may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of ovarian carcinoma;DAPK may function as inhibitor of tumor,it may promote neoplastic differentiation and inhibit neoplastic cell from metastasis.
