氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效分析

目的：探讨与研究氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效，并对其有效性与安全性进行分析评估。方法：选取2008年11月～2009年11月本院住院的不稳定型心绞痛患者170例。将170例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，其中对照组85例给予常规治疗，治疗组85例在常规治疗基础上给予氯吡格雷进行治疗，观察两组的临床疗效与心绞痛发作次数、ST变化、血小板计数及纤维蛋白原水平等4项指标的变化情况。结果：对照组85例，总有效率为78．8％：治疗组85例，总有效率为82．9％。两组临床疗效经比较，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=12．79，P〈0．05）。治疗组心绞痛发作次数、ST变化及纤维蛋白原水平治疗后与治疗前相比，均P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。对照组仅ST变化指标，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。两组不良反应比较，P〉0．05，差异无统计学意义。结论：氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛具有疗效好、不良反应少等特点．值得临床广泛使用。

Analysis of clinical healing efficacy of clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective： To investigate and research the clinical healing efficacy of clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,and to assess its efficacy and safety. Methods： Selected 170 patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital from November 2008 to November 2009.The 170 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.85 cases of the control group received conventional treatment,85 cases in the treatment group were treated with clopidogrel.Observed the clinical efficacy and the number of angina attacks, ST changes, platelet count and fibrinogen level changes in four indicators. Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 78.8% ,and the treatment group was 82.9% ,the difference was statistically significant,χ^2=12.79,P〈0.05. The differences of the number of attacks of angina pectoris, ST changes and fibrinogen levels before and after the treatment of the treatment group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.ST changes in the control group only targets, had a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions between the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina has good efficacy,few adverse reactions ,is worthy of widespread use.
