Abstract:Alzheimer''s disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease. Its clinical manifestations are cognitive dysfunction and behavioral changes such as memory and attention [1]. Ad is the most common type of Alzheimer''s disease. With the deepening of population aging, the incidence of ad is increasing, which has caused a serious burden on people''s life and social operation [2]. At present, there is no cure for AD, and the accepted treatment methods include the application of cholinesterase inhibitors and N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonists, but these drugs are limited to relieve symptoms [3].
Keywords:Alzheimer''s disease   Rho GTPase   Dendritic spines   Actin cytoskeleton remodeling
