羟基喜树碱术前辅助化疗晚期卵巢癌临床疗效观察

目的探讨控基喜树碱对晚期卵巢癌的辅助化疗效果。方法120例晚期卵巢癌患者。随机分为治疗组及对照组，术前进行3周期化疗，对照组给紫杉醇＋卡铂化疗方案，治疗组给予紫杉醇＋卡铂＋羟基喜树碱化疗方案．化疗结束后手术治疗，观察两组患者临床症状缓解情况，原发肿瘤缩小情况，转移灶消退情况，手术切除情况。结果治疗组临床症状缓解率76．7％，原发病灶缩小2．6cm．转移灶消退率95．0％。均高于对照组（P〈0．05），术中原发病灶残留率11．7％，低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论羟基喜树碱辅助化疗晚期卵巢癌，能够改善临床症状。减少病灶残留率，提高临床治疗效果。

Clinical effect of HCPT ancillary chemotherapy on advanced ovarian cancer in preoperative

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of hydroxycamptothecin（HCPT） on advanced ovarian cancer （OC） in preoperative. METHODS 120 advanced OC patients were randomly divid into experimental group（EG）and control group（CG）, all patients recive chemotherapy for three course of treatment the patients in CG take the chemotherapy with paclitaxel and carboplatin, the patients recieve the chemotherapy with HCPT, paclitaxel and carboplatin in EG. To observe the persentage of symptomatic relief, tumor diminution, metastasis extinction and tumor resid in operation. RESULTS in EG the persentage of symptomatic relief was 76.7 % and tumor diminution was 2.6cm, metastasis extinction was 95.0 %, which was more than its in CG, tumor resid in operation was 11.7 %, that was lower than it in CG. CONCLUSION chemotherapy with HCPT on abvance OC can improve clinical complaint, decreasing the percentage of tumor resid, raise therapeutic efficacy.
