无须住院手术病人术后健康需求调查

目的了解无须住院手术病人术后健康需求。方法采用问卷访谈方式调查,对随机抽取的136名无须住院手术病人进行调查。结果95.6%的病人非常需要为他们提供健康服务;病人对疾病相关知识需求、手术过程及效果、用药指导、术后并发症防治、复诊指导、心理卫生知识、饮食和营养、活动与休息、卫生保健知识的需求均在75%以上,最容易接受的健康教育形式是与医护人员交谈(58.8%),其次是健康手册(26.5%),64%的病人非常需要医院开设健康咨询电话。结论探讨和研究无须住院手术病人术后的健康需求,对开展无须住院手术病人术后的健康服务,满足病人的健康需求,促进病人康复是十分必要的。

Health demands of patients after ambulatory sugery

Objective To understand the health demands of patients after ambulatory surgery.Methods Research was done with 136 randomly-sampled patients after ambulatory surgery in the way of questionnaire and interview.Results 95.6% patients were very much in need of health care services.They were eager to know something about their diseases,such as the process of the operation and its effects,instructions of medicines,preventon of complication diseases,instructions of further consultation with doctors,psychological instructions,foods and nutrition,activities and rest,health care instructions.All these demands covered over 75% of the total.The most easily accepted way of health education was to talk with doctors(58.8%).The next to come was to read health care pamphlets(26.5%).64% of patients earnestly hoped that the hospital could open a health consultation line.Conclusion The investigation of the demands of patients after ambulatory surgery is necessary for carrying on the health care service,satisfying their demands and helping them get well soon.
