单侧唇裂唇红修复研究

目的 探索在唇裂修补术中，唇红的修复方法。方法 在单侧唇裂修复前，用美兰设计出唇红的范围，划出唇红上界线和下界线，两界线在两侧口角相交，中间组织为唇红组织，在两条线上设计定点、连线、切开，注意下界线以内的粘膜不要缝到线外来，以免唇红色泽不一。结果 100例唇裂修复后，唇弓一致，唇红色泽、吻合线一致，唇红丰满自然美观。患及家属满意率100％。结论 先规划设计好唇红后修复唇裂，节省手术时间，方法简便，提供了新的研究方法，并建立了一种新的形态数据资料。

Research on Repairing Unilateral Lip

Objective To explore an repairing technique of the cheiloplasty to get the lip defect being repaired natural and plump. Methods At first, layout the dividing line of lip vermilion with methylene blue, which meets with vermilion border at the labial angles. Design the point on the dividing line then link up and carve . Last join by sutures . Pay attention to suture the tissue less than the boundary line or the vermilion differs. Results After the cheiloplasty for 100 cases, the lip vermilion and the anatomized line of the labial arch are identically. Also, the lip looks plump and natural without scar left. The satisfactory degree attains100%. Conclusion This therapy which designs the lip vermilion before repairing lip defect has many advantages such as save - time, practical, easy to perform without complications and both appearance and function are good. It provides a new research method and sets up a new kind of data material.
