去表皮三角瓣治疗乳头内陷的研究应用

目的：探讨去表皮三角瓣治疗乳头内陷的方法和疗效。方法：1999年7月-2001年10月采用去表皮三角瓣治疗乳头内陷14例，术后随访，观察临床效果。结果：术后切口Ⅰ期愈合，随访5—8个月，无1例复发，切口瘢痕不明显，乳头感觉良好，无血运和感觉障碍。结论：采用去表皮三角瓣行乳头内陷的整复术形态美观，效果满意可靠，值得推广应用。

Studying on the Method of Treating Inverted Nipple with Removing Triangular Epidermis

Objective： discussing the methods and curative effect of treating inverted nipple with removing triangular epidermis. Methods： 14 cases with inverted nipple were treated with removing triangular epidermis from Jul 1999 to Oct.2001, follow-up observed. Results： the incision of operation was NO. 1 concrescence. No case with recurrence was observed. The cicatrice of incision was not patency. The obstruction of blood transportation and sensory disturbance of nipples have not been observed. Conclusion： Treating inverted nipple with removing triangular epidermis may obtained a satisfying result, so it is worthy of extending.
