摘    要:目的探讨风险评估护理对呼吸科危重病人的护理效果。方法选取2016年11月至2017年11月呼吸内科收治的危重病人30例为对照组,2017年12月至2018年11月呼吸内科收治的危重病人30例为观察组。对照组病人给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上建立风险护理管理小组,进行风险评估护理,比较2组病人的护理效果。结果观察组病人依从性和满意度均优于对照组(P < 0.05),2组病人护理知识掌握程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组病人干预后的肺功能指标均明显优于对照组(P < 0.01)。2组胃管、导尿管、胸腔引流管脱落差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于呼吸科危重病人来说,风险评估护理有助于改善病人肺功能指标,提高病人依从性和满意度,值得推广。

Effect of risk assessment nursing on critical patients in respiratory department

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effects of risk assessment nursing on critical patients in respiratory department.MethodsThirty critical patients from November 2016 to November 2017 and 30 cases from December 2017 to November 2018 in respiratory department were divided into the control group and observation group, respectively.The control group was nursed with routine care measures, and the observation group was additionally nursed with risk assessment nursing based on control group.The nursing effect was compared between two groups.ResultsThe compliance and satisfaction in observation group were better than those in control group(P < 0.05), and the difference in the mastery of nursing knowledge between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pulmonary function indexes in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P < 0.01), and the differences of the gastric, urinary and thoracic drainage tubes falling off were not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionsThe risk assessment nursing is helpful to improve pulmonary function index, compliance and satisfaction of patients in respiratory department, which is worthy of promotion.
