一体化护理管理模式在放射科护理工作中的应用效果分析

目的：探讨一体化护理管理模式在放射科护理工作中的应用效果。 方法：将一体化护理管理模式应用于放射科工作中，对2014年1月至2015年1月期间的资料进行统计分析，并就存在的问题进行一体化护理管理干预。分别评估和比较实施一体化护理管理模式前后的护理质量检查相关指标、患者和技师对护理管理质量的满意度以及不良事件发生率。 结果：实施一体化护理管理模式干预后，穿刺成功率（96.15% vs. 69.23%）、准备完好率（100% vs. 76.92%）高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（χ²=6.584、3.889，P<0.05）；经一体化护理管理模式管理后，患者满意度（98.34±1.66）% vs（79.47±5.68）%]和技师满意度（98.23±1.77）% vs.（87.23 ±6.77）%]明显高于管理前，差异有统计学意义（t=9.632、8.914，P<0.05）；同时，管理后的投诉率（3.84% vs. 19.23%）、碘过敏率（3.84% vs. 15.38%）以及暴力事件发生率（0 vs. 3.84%）明显低于管理前，差异有统计学意义（χ²=8.823，P<0.05）。 结论：一体化护理管理模式可以有助于清晰划分责任，更好的满足了放射科护理发展和患者检查的需求，同时提高了科室护理质量，对推动放射科护理工作的发展具有重要意义。

Analysis on application effect of integrated nursing management mode in nursing work of radiology department

Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated nursing management model in nursing work of radiology department. Methods:The integration of nursing management mode was applied to radiology work, a retrospective analysis was made on the data from January 2014 to January 2015, and integrated nursing management intervention was carried out on the existing problems. The indexes of nursing quality inspection, the satisfaction degree of patients and technicians on the quality of nursing management, and the incidence rate of adverse events before and after implementation of integrated nursing management mode were evaluated and compared. Results:After the intervention of integrated nursing management mode, the puncture success rate (96.15% vs. 69.23%) and the readiness completion rate (100% vs. 76.92%) were higher than those before implementation, with statistically significant difference (χ²=6.584, 3.889, P<0.05) . Patients' satisfaction (98.34±1.66) % vs. (79.47±5.68) %] and technicians' satisfaction (98.23±1.77) % vs. (87.23±6.77) %] after management were significantly higher than those before the management mode (P<0.05) . Meanwhile, the complaint rate after management (3.84% vs. 19.23%) and the incidence of adverse events such as iodine allergy (3.84% vs. 15.38%) and violence (0 vs. 3.84%) were significantly lower than those before management (P<0.05) . Conclusions:The integrated nursing management mode can help clear division of responsibilities, so as to better meet the needs of the nursing and patient needs of radiology development, while improve the quality of department nursing, and it has an important guiding significance for promoting the development of radiology nursing work.
