大学生高尿酸血症检出情况及其与肥胖的关系

目的 分析大学生高尿酸血症检出情况,探讨高尿酸血症与肥胖的关系。方法 收集本科生和研究生入学体检结果,进行回顾性分析。结果 男生高尿酸血症检出率(52.9%)明显高于女生(20.1%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 071.15,P<0.01)。男生和女生血尿酸水平均随着BMI的增加而逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血尿酸水平与BMI之间具有明显相关性(r=0.438,P<0.01)。结论 大学生高尿酸血症检出率较高,其与肥胖密切相关。应该对大学生高尿酸血症足够重视,采取有效措施降低高尿酸血症发病率。

Incidence of hyperuricemia in college students and its relationship with obesity

Objective To investigate the incidence of hyperuricemia in college students and to explore its relationship with obesity. Methods The data of physical examinations of undergraduate and postgraduate students were collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of the male students was 52.9%, which was significantly higher than that of the female students (20.1%), and there was a significant difference between two groups (χ2=1 071.5, P<0.01). The serum uric acid levels of the boys and girls increased with the level of body mass index (BMI), and there were significant differences (P<0.01). There was a significant correlation between the serum uric acid level and BMI (P<0.01). Conclusion The incidence of hyperuricemia among college students is high, and its incidence is closely related to obesity. We should pay enough attention to college students' hyperuricemia and take effective measures to reduce the incidence of hyperuricemia.
