进展性脑梗死患者血清CTRP3的表达及其与炎症因子的相关性

摘    要:目的观察进展性脑梗死(PCI)患者血清C1q/TNF相关蛋白3(CTRP3)的变化水平并探讨其临床价值。 方法选择开平市中心医院神经内科自2017年3月至2018年3月收治的PCI患者55例为研究组,55例健康体检者为对照组。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测研究组和对照组患者治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和CTRP3的水平。 结果治疗前研究组血清TNF-α、IL-6水平高于对照组(P<0.05),CTRP3水平低于对照组(P<0.05),CTRP3与TNF-α、IL-6水平呈负相关(r=-0.351,P=0.009;r=-0.465,P=0.003)。治疗后研究组TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前均降低,CTRP3水平增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CTRP3与TNF-α、IL-6水平也呈负相关(r=-0.326,P=0.015;r=-0.569,P=0.001)。 结论PCI患者血清CTRP3含量显著降低,治疗后水平增高,且与TNF-α、IL-6水平负相关,提示CTRP3可能参与PCI后脑损伤的病理生理过程,CTRP3的表达可能作为辅助判断PCI病情进展的一项指标。

Expression of serum CTRP3 in patients with progressive cerebral infarction and its correlation with inflammatory factors

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the changes of serum C1q/TNF-related protein 3 (CTRP3) in patients with progressive cerebral infarction (PCI) and to explore its clinical value. MethodsFifty-five patients with PCI were selected as the research group, fifty-five healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and CTRP3 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ResultsThe levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in research group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The level of CTRP3 in the research group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). CTRP3 has a negative correlation between TNF-α and IL-6 levels (r=-0.351, P=0.009; r=-0.465, P=0.003), respectively. After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in PCI group were decreased, and the level of CTRP3 was increased (P<0.05), CTRP3 has a negative correlation between TNF-α and IL-6 levels (r=-0.326, P=0.015; r=-0.569, P=0.001), respectively. ConclusionThe level of serum CTRP3 in patients with PCI was decreased, and CTRP3 levels was increased after treatment, and it is negatively correlated with the levels of TNF-α and IL-6. It is suggested that CTRP3 may be involved in the pathophysiological process of brain injury after PCI. The detection of serum CTRP3 may have important clinical significance in assisting to judge the prognosis of PCI.
