Abstract: | Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multisystem autoimmune disease that occurs in women of childbearing age. Pregnancy can lead to the change of SLE from quiescent to active, which increases the incidence of complications such as pre-eclampsia, pregnancy loss, premature delivery and intrauterine growth retardation, which seriously affects pregnancy outcomes. This article focus on the identification and management of pregnancy combined SLE activity period, in order to reduce the adverse outcome of the mother and fetus. |
