摘    要:目的加强体检中心细节管理工作,充分发挥集体智慧,以人为本,不断完善科室管理策略,促进管理向着科学化、规范化、系统化、信息化等目标迈进,提高体检中心管理服务水平。方法充分评估体检中心管理服务现状,选择健康体检人群相对聚集的时间,实地观察体检流程顺畅与否,及时发现问题、解决问题,针对不能短时处理的问题,记录备案,选择科例会集思广益,制定出科学合理、行之有效的措施,并在实施过程不断加以完善,建立考核机制。结果注重细节管理服务,不仅提高体检中心管理水平,而且提高体检中心整体服务意识,提高了健康体检者满意度。结论在健康管理中心通过细节服务,方便群众,提高医院社会及经济效益,有利于医疗卫生事业建设和发展。

Abstract:Objective To strengthen the detail management of physical examination center, give full play to collective wisdom, improve the management strategy of department and department, promote the management to scientific, standardized, systematic and information-based goals, and improve the management service level of physical examination center. Methods The present situation of management service in the physical examination center was fully evaluated, the relative peak period of the health examination population was selected, the physical examination process was observed on the spot, the problems were found in time, and the problems were solved in time. Aiming at the problems that could not be dealt with in a short time, the records were recorded, the scientific, reasonable and effective measures were worked out, and the scientific and effective measures were worked out in view of the problems that could not be dealt with in a short time. The process was constantly improved and an assessment mechanism was established. Results Paying attention to the detail management service not only improved the management level, but also improved the overall service consciousness and the level of satisfaction of the physical examination center. Conclusion The detail service plays an important role in the health management center, facilitates the masses, improves the reputation of the center, promotes the management standard, and improves the social and economic benefits of the hospital, which is beneficial to the construction and development of medical and health undertakings.
