新型生物陶瓷材料在儿童牙髓治疗中的临床研究进展

摘    要:当代的儿童口腔医学,对乳牙和年轻恒牙的牙髓治疗理念越来越趋于"保守",即在尽可能保存活髓组织或根部活髓组织的前提下达到治愈患牙的目的。这一理念的改变得益于口腔材料的发展,如MTA等由于其良好的性能及临床效果,已在儿童牙髓治疗中广泛应用,但其在操作性,美观性等方面依然存在一些不可避免的缺点。新型生物陶瓷材料,如iRoot BP、Biodentine等具有理想的理化性能和生物相容性,并且较好的解决了原有生物陶瓷材料的一些缺点,广泛应用于乳牙及年轻恒牙的间接牙髓治疗、直接盖髓术、牙髓切断术和牙髓血运重建术等治疗中。本文就新型生物陶瓷材料的特点及其在儿童牙髓治疗中的应用作一综述。

Abstract:In today′s pediatric stomatology, the pulp treatment philosophy of both deciduous teeth and young permanent teeth tends to be more "conservative", that is, to achieve the goal of curing the affected teeth with the preservation of the vital pulp or root pulp as far as possible. The change of this concept cannot be separated from the development of oral materials. For example, MTA has been widely used in the treatment of children′s dental pulp due to its good performance and clinical effect, but it also has some inevitable disadvantages in terms of operability and aesthetics. New bioceramics, such as iRoot BP and Biodentine, have ideal physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility, and perfectly solve some shortcomings of the original bioceramics. They can be used in indirect pulp therapy, direct pulp capping, pulpotomy, and pulp reconstruction for deciduous teeth and young permanent teeth. The characteristics of new bioceramics and its application in children dental pulp treatment are reviewed in this paper.
