| 摘 要： | 总结19例经骶尾入路直肠间质瘤切除术患者的临床护理要点。包括：术前护理应重点关注患者的肠道管理、营养支持和心理护理，术后要关注生命体征监测、体位及活动、优化术后疼痛管理和并发症的评估及护理。对需要口服甲磺酸伊马替尼的直肠间质瘤患者要做好药物指导。

| Abstract: | A total of 19 patients undergoing resection of rectal stromal tumors via the sacroiliac approach were reviewed. Including: preoperative care should focus on the patient′s intestinal management, nutritional support and psychological care, postoperative focus on vital signs monitoring, posture and activities, optimize postoperative pain management and complications assessment and care. For oral imatinib mesylate patients should do a good drug guidance. |
