肥胖型老年乳腺癌患者围手术期并发症的预防性护理效果分析

目的了解肥胖型老年乳腺癌患者围手术期并发症的预防及护理要点。方法将某医院2016年1月-2018年2月收治70例手术治疗肥胖型老年乳腺癌患者,随机分组,常规护理服务组给予一般护理,预防性护理组开展预防性护理。比较两组患者满意度、围手术期手术实施时间、术后住院情况;护理前后生存质量以及焦虑情绪积分、抑郁情绪积分;手术治疗后并发症发生率。结果预防性护理组的满意度是100.00%,常规护理服务组则为80%(χ~2=6.824,P<0.05)。护理前两组生存质量以及焦虑情绪积分、抑郁情绪积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后预防性护理组生存质量以及焦虑情绪积分、抑郁情绪积分优于常规护理服务组(P<0.05)。预防性护理组围手术期手术实施时间、术后住院时间分别是(65.21±10.01)min和(6.11±2.11)d。常规护理服务组围手术期手术实施时间、术后住院时间分别是(72.89±10.90)min和(8.41±2.03)d。预防性护理组围手术期手术实施时间、术后住院时间优于常规护理服务组(P<0.05)。预防性护理组手术治疗后并发症发生率较少(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗肥胖型老年乳腺癌患者实施预防性护理效果确切,值得推广。

Effect of preventive nursing of perioperative complications in obese elderly patients with breast cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of preventive nursing of perioperative complications in obese elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods Seventy obese elderly inpatients with breast cancer in a hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into a routine nursing group and a preventive nursing group. The satisfaction, operation time, postoperative hospitalization, quality of life, scores of anxiety and depression, and the incidence of complications after surgery were were investigated and the results were compared between the two groups. Results The degrees of satisfaction in the preventive nursing group and the routine nursing group were 100.00% and 80% respectively, (χ2=6.824, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life, anxiety scores and depression scores between the two groups before the treatment (P>0.05), but after the treatment, the quality of life, anxiety scores and depression scores of the preventive nursing group were superior to those of the routine nursing group (P<0.05). The operation time and postoperative hospitalization of the preventive nursing group were (65.21±10.01) min and (6.11±2.11) d, respectively, and the operation time and postoperative hospitalization of the routine nursing group were (72.89±10.90) min and (8.41±2.03) d, respectively. The operation time and postoperative hospitalization of the preventive nursing group were shorter or better than those of the routine nursing group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the preventive nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group after the surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion The preventive nursing of perioperative complications in obese elderly patients with breast cancer is effective.
