血清IL-12、IL-27、CTRP-3、D-D水平与脑出血患者脑损伤的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-27(IL-27)、补体C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(CTRP-3)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平与脑出血患者脑损伤的相关性。 方法选取自2016年7月至2018年5月于东营市人民医院神经外科住院治疗的106例高血压性脑出血患者为研究对象,选取同期进行体检的健康志愿者80人作为对照组。比较不同GCS评分、NIHSS评分及预后患者的IL-12、IL-27、CTRP-3、D-D水平,并进行Pearson相关性分析。 结果脑出血组IL-12、IL-27、D-D水平显著高于对照组,CTRP-3显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着GCS评分降低,脑出血患者的IL-12、IL-27、D-D水平不断升高,CTRP-3不断降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NIHSS>12分患者的IL-12、IL-27、D-D水平显著高于NIHSS≤12分患者,CTRP-3显著低于NIHSS≤12分患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。预后良好患者IL-12、IL-27、D-D水平显著低于预后不良患者,CTRP-3显著高于预后不良患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过Pearson相关性分析,脑出血患者GCS评分、NIHSS评分与IL-12、IL-27、D-D均呈正相关,与CTRP-3呈负相关(P<0.05)。 结论脑出血患者IL-12、IL-27、CTRP-3、D-D水平与脑损伤程度有密切关系,可提示预后情况。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between serum levels of interleukin-12 (IL-12), interleukin-27 (IL-27), complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3 (CTRP-3) and D-dimer (D-D) in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. MethodsOne hundred and six patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Department of Neurosurgery, Dongying People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from July 2016 to May 2018 were selected. Eighty healthy persons were selected as control group. The IL-12, IL-27, CTRP-3, D-D levels of patients with different GCS scores and prognosis were compared, and Pearson correlation analysis was performed. ResultsCompared with control group, the levels of IL-12, IL-27 and D-D in intracerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher, CTRP-3 was lower (P<0.05). With the decrease of GCS score, the level of IL-12, IL-27 and D-D in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage increased continuously, CTRP-3 decreased (P<0.05). Compared with NIHSS≤12 patients, the levels of IL-12, IL-27, D-D in patients with NIHSS>12 were significantly higher, CTRP-3 was significantly lower (P<0.05). Compared with poor prognosis patients, the levels of IL-12, IL-27, D-D in patients with good prognosis were significantly lower, CTRP-3 was significantly higher (P<0.05). By Pearson correlation analysis, IL-12, IL-27, D-D were positively correlated with GCS and NIHSS score, and CTRP-3 was negatively correlated with GCS and NIHSS score (P<0.05). ConclusionThe level of IL-12, IL-27, CTRP-3, D-D in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage is closely related to the degree of brain injury, which may indicate the prognosis.
