差异性切面的超声心动图对胎儿心脏畸形的临床诊断价值评价

目的 分析差异性切面的超声心动图在胎儿心脏畸形中的临床诊断价值。方法 选取某医院2015年3月—2018年10月期间收治500例妊娠晚期妇女,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有孕妇均同时接受差异切面超声心动图检查和常规B超检查,以引产及新生儿心脏超声诊断结果作为金标准,对两种检查结果进行分析。结果 通过差异性切面超声心动图检测胎儿心脏畸形情况,在所选孕妇中检出先天性心脏病21例,复杂性心脏畸形8例,检出率为5.8%;经过随访发现,传统B超方法漏诊5例病例,其中先天性心脏病有2例,复杂性心脏畸形3例。结论 采用差异性切面超声心动图对妊娠晚期孕妇进行筛查,可提高胎儿心脏畸形检出率,在鉴别先天性心脏疾病中有着重要作用。

Clinical diagnostic value of differential section echocardiography in fetal cardiac malformation

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of differential section echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac malformations. Methods The clinical data of 500 late pregnant women admitted to a hospital from March 2016 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All the pregnant women underwent differential sectional echocardiography, and the diagnostic results of induced labor and neonatal cardiac echocardiography were taken as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic status of echocardiography. Results Among the pregnant women, 21 cases of congenital heart disease and 8 cases of complex heart malformation were detected by echocardiography, the detection rate was 5.8%. Compared with the follow-up gold standard, 2 cases of congenital heart disease were missed, and 3 cases of complex heart malformation were missed. Conclusion Differential sectional echocardiography can improve the detection rate of fetal cardiac malformations and play an important role in identifying congenital heart diseases.
