乳腺癌术后即刻和延迟重建术对病人生活质量的影响

目的探讨即刻乳房重建术与延期重建术对于乳腺癌病人术后生活质量的影响。方法行乳腺癌改良根治性手术治疗的80例病人随机分为2组。采取乳癌术后自体组织行即刻乳房重建术者列为即刻组，术后半年至1年采取自体组织行乳房重建者列为延迟组，比较2组病人术后对于乳房满意度、术后生活质量及术后并发症发生情况的差异。结果2组对于重建乳房外形满意度、对称满意度、总体满意度、瘢痕满意度的比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。即刻组在躯体因子、精神因子、心理因子、社会支持内容比较中均显著优于延迟组（P < 0.01）。2组病人术后并发症总发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论乳腺癌术后病人若行重建手术，可考虑首选即刻乳房重建，病人术后生活质量更好。

Effect of immediate and delayed reconstruction on quality of life in postoperative patients with breast cancer

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of immediate breast reconstruction(IBR) and delayed breast reconstruction(DBR) on the postoperative life quality of patients with breast cancer.MethodsEighty patients treated with radical surgery for breast cancer were randomly divided into the immediate group and delayed group.The immediate group and delayed group were treated with self-organized breast reconstruction after operation and after 5 to 12 months, respectively.The differences of the postoperative breast satisfaction, quality of life and complications between two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no statistical significance in the satisfaction degrees of breast shape, symmetry, overall and scar between two groups(P>0.05).The somatic factor, psychotic factor, psychological factor and social support content in immediate group were significantly better than those in delayed group(P < 0.01).The difference of the total incidence rate of postoperative complications between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionsThe immediate breast reconstruction should be preferred in breast cancer patients treated with breast conserving surgery, and the postoperative quality of life of which is better.
