摘    要:目的对比分析乳腺结节的超声图像表现与病理诊断结果,探讨超声对乳腺结节BI-RADS分类的价值,以提高超声对乳腺结节定性诊断的准确率。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2018年5月乳腺结节226例女性病人的临床资料,再将超声声像图表现与病理结果对比分析。结果226例病人共256个乳腺结节,超声提示乳腺BI-RADS 2~4a类良性结节206个,BI-RADS 4b~5类恶性结节50个;病理结果显示199个为良性结节,57个为恶性结节。超声对乳腺良性结节的定性诊断的符合率为96.60%,对恶性结节诊断符合率87.72%。超声声像显示:良、恶性结节在形态、边界、薄膜、内部回声、微钙化、纵横比、结节周边高回声晕、后方衰减、血流情况、RI、腋窝及周围淋巴结方面,二者差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论超声对乳腺结节的性质诊断与病理诊断具有较高的符合率及临床应用价值。

Contrastive analysis between ultrasonographic manifestations of BI-RADS classification and pathological results of breast nodules

Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare and analyze the ultrasonographic features and pathological diagnosis of breast nodules, explore the value of ultrasound in BI-RADS classification of nodules for improving the qualitative diagnosis of breast nodules.MethodsThe clinical data of 226 female patients with breast nodules from May 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The ultrasonographic features and pathological results of breast nodules were compared and analyzed.ResultsAmong 256 breast nodulesin 226 patients, the results of ultrasound showed that 206 benign nodules were BI-RADS 2-4a, and 50 malignant nodules were BI-RADS 4b-5.The pathological results showed that 199 nodules were benign, and 57 nodules were malignant.The coincidence rates of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules were 96.60% and 87.72%, respectively.The ultrasonographic findings showed that the differences of the morphology, boundary, membrane, internal echo, microcalcification, aspect ratio, hyperechoic halo around the nodules, posterior attenuation, blood flow, RI, axilla and surrounding lymph nodes between benign and malignant breast nodules were statistically significant(P < 0.01).ConclusionsUltrasound in qualitative and pathological diagnosis of breast nodules has high coincidence has high clinical application value.
