髓过氧化物酶在心血管疾病诊断中的意义

目的比较心血管病患者与健康对照者血浆髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase，MPO)水平的差异，评估MPO在心血管病诊断中的作用。 方法选取经冠状动脉造影和放射性核素标记等确诊的64例心血管疾病患者为患病组，将58例健康体检者为健康对照组。采用酶联免疫法检测两组受试者血浆中的MPO水平，并对结果进行统计分析。 结果通过比较患病和健康对照组的MPO水平，结果显示两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，患病的MPO值(126.17±32.40 μg/L)明显高于健康对照组(74.88±31.12 μg/L)。ROC曲线显示MPO对心血管病的诊断准确度居于中等偏上。 结论心血管病患者血浆中的MPO含量显著升高，提示MPO对心血管病的诊断具有指导意义。

Significance of myeloperoxidase in the diagnosis of angiocardiopathy

ObjectiveTo compare the plasma levels of myeloperoxidase (MPO) between patients with angiocardiopathy and healthy controls, and to evaluate the role of MPO in diagnosis of angiocardiopathy. MethodsSixty-four patients with angiocardiopathy confirmed by coronary arteriography and radioisotope labeling were enrolled into the angiocardiopathy group, and fifty-eight healthy persons receiving physical examination were enrolled into the healthy control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of MPO in plasma of the two group. The differences between the two groups were compared, and statistical analysis was performed. ResultsThe results showed that the plasma MPO levels were significantly different between the two groups. The average MPO level was 126.17±32.40 ug/L in the angiocardiopathy group and was 74.88±31.12 ug/L in the control group (P<0.05). The ROC curve suggested that MPO had a moderate diagnostic accuracy for angiocardiopathy. ConclusionsThe level of MPO in the plasma of patients with angiocardiopathy significantly increased, suggesting that MPO has guiding significance in the diagnosis of angiocardiopathy.
