基于五运六气理论,从五运、六气、客主加临等方面分析2019年运气特点,发现初之气、二之气春行冬令,注意疏利少阳、温阳不忘宣表畅里,三之气风气偏胜则平肝疏风,四之气湿热交争注意清热利湿健脾,五之气燥湿交替则或温阳或利湿,终之气冬行春令应注意预防温病。在防治疾病的同时应"以辛调上,以咸调下"。
