TBL在国家住院医师规范化培训中的应用分析

摘    要:以团队为基础的学习(TBL)教学法是近年来人才培养的新兴教育方法,并得到了广泛应用。其是以问题为导向的教学方法的创新与发展,受到医学教育工作者的认可与应用。本文通过分析TBL的特点,探讨其在国家住院医师规范化培训中应用的优势,以提高规培生在临床工作及学习中的积极性,同时结合目前国家住院医生培养政策下存在的问题,提出TBL教学法应用下的预期成效及存在的问题,以期为我国住院医师的规范化培训添砖加瓦。

Application analysis of TBL in standardized training of national residents

Abstract:Team-based learning(TBL) teaching method is a new education method for talent training in recent years,which has been widely used.It is the innovation and development of problem-oriented teaching methods,has been recognized and applied by medical educators in particular.This article analyzed the characteristics of TBL,and explored the advantages of its application in the national resident standardized training to improve the enthusiasm of standardized training students in clinical work and learning.At the same time,combined with the problems existing in the current national residency training policy,the article put forward the expected results and problems existing in the application of TBL teaching method,in order to contribute to the standardized training of residents in China.
