| 摘 要： | 腹腔镜技术在过去20余年里的长足进步对胃癌的外科治疗具有非凡意义，如今的微创手术不仅在肿瘤根治手段上日益规范成熟，也更关注功能的保留与保护。腹腔镜胃癌根治术中的消化道重建与术后生理功能密切相关，同时决定着手术的成败。随着器械的发展与技术的进步，消化道重建方法正不断革新，本文就其中几种术式与重建后胃食管反流病的发生做一述评。

| Abstract: | Laparoscopic surgery has been honored as a milestone of the modern surgery in last two decades, especially in the treatment of gastric cancer. The concept of minimally invasive surgery now is more concerned about the preservation of physiological functions, as well as the technical standardization and radical cure of cancer. Reconstruction procedures, as a key factor of laparoscopic gastrectomy, plays a crucial role in the postoperative organ function. Hence, we review some traditional and emerging reconstruction methods of their impact on postoperative gastroesophageal reflux. |
