基于系统整合的教学方法改革在医学留学生教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨整合课程教学资料、改革教学方法及评价体系在医学留学生教学中的应用效果。方法选取西安交通大学医学院2013级及2014级五年制临床医学专业留学生各40名为研究对象。2013级学生采用改革前传统教学模式,2014级学生采用改革后教学模式。采用考试与问卷调查的方式进行教学效果评价。结果2014级学生的笔试成绩、实践成绩及总成绩均优于2013级学生(P<0.05)。对比2013级学生,2014级学生认为改革后的教学方法更有利于其提高临床综合能力、促进学习兴趣、适应考试方式(P<0.05)。结论整合课程教学资料、改革教学方法及评价体系有助于提高医学专业留学生的学习兴趣和自主学习能力。

Application of teaching method reform based on system integration in the teaching of international medical students

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of integrating curriculum teaching materials,reforming teaching methods and evaluation system in the teaching of international medical students.Methods International students majoring in clinical medicine from the Xi’an Jiaotong university health science center in grades 2013 and 2014 were selected as the research objects,with 40 cese in each grade.The traditional teaching mode before the reform was adopted by the students of grade 2013,and the teaching mode after the reform was adopted by the students of grade 2014.The teaching effects were evaluated by examination and questionnaire.Results The scores of written test,practical test and total test of students in the grade 2014 were better than those of students in the grade 2013(P<0.05).Compared with the students of grade2013,the students of grade 2014 thought that the reformed teaching method was more conducive to improving the clinical comprehensive ability,promoting learning interest and adapting to the examination mode(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating curriculum teaching materials,reforming teaching methods and evaluation system will help to improve the learning interest and independent learning ability of international medical students.
