| 摘 要： | 目的探讨工作坊(Workshop)教学法在麻醉护士培训中的应用效果。方法将2017-2018年我科新入职的20名护士按随机数字表法分为对照组(10名,传统教学法)与研究组(10名,Workshop教学法)。比较两组麻醉护士理论与操作考试成绩及对培训方法的满意度。结果研究组理论和操作考试成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组对培训方法的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Workshop教学法在麻醉护士培训中的应用效果显著,可使新入职护士更好地掌握临床麻醉操作基本技能,提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of workshop teaching method in the training of nurse anesthetist.Methods Twenty new nurses in our department from 2017 to 2018 were divided into control group(10,traditional teaching method)and research group(10,Workshop teaching method)according to the random number table method.The results of theoretical and operational tests and the satisfaction of training methods were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical and operational test in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of training methods in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Workshop teaching method in the training of nurse anesthetist is significant,which can make the new nurses better master the basic skills of clinical anesthesia operation and improve the teaching quality. |
