| 摘 要： | 对COPD患者进行晨间症状的评估可及时了解患者症状发生频率及严重程度,是制订症状管理方案的重要依据。该文阐述了国内外COPD患者晨间症状评估工具的内容、特点及应用情况,分析不同工具的优势与不足,为后续开展相关研究及制订护理措施提供参考。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of early morning symptoms can timely understand the frequency and severity of symptoms,and it is an important basis for formulating symptom management plans. This paper describes the contents,characteristics and application of early morning symptom assessment tools for COPD patients at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different tools,so as to provide references for the follow-up related research and the construction of nursing interventions. |
