| 摘 要： | 本文对有明显视疲劳主诉的１００例老年人进行了眼科专科系统检查，认为老年人视疲劳是多因素的，主要的相关因素是老视及其治疗上的问题，以戴不合适的老视眼镜为主要成因的占５２．０％，肌性视疲劳３６．０％，单纯调节性视疲劳２．０％，其他眼病７．０％。我们为１００例老人重新验光配镜，部分患者调整了眼镜的光学中心距离、配戴三棱镜及手术治疗，并进行康复指导．认为老年人视疲劳的治疗康复是提高老年人生活质量的重要课题． |

| Abstract: | Based upon the invest igation of 100 cases of severe asthenopia of the aged, the authors believe that quite a few factors are related to these asthenopia.Its relevant factors mainly lie in presbyopia and its treatment, 52 % for inaccurate presbyopia glasses, 36 % for muscular asthenopia, 2 % for. simple accommodative as thenopia and 7 % for the other oculopathy. optometry and glass-weariug were carried out anew on these cases, with rehabilitation direction. For some cases, the optical center distance were abjusted. Triple prism-wearing and operation were also conducted.The authors believe that it is an important topic to promote lying quality of the aged by means of treatment and recovery on as thenopia. |
