我院2004-2007年门诊抗高血压药物的使用情况分析

目的了解解放军总医院药品保障中心第二临床药局门诊抗高血压药物的使用现状及发展趋势。方法对2004—2007年该院门诊抗高血压药物用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）及用药品种数等数据进行统计。结果2005年、2006年、2007年我院门诊抗高血压药物的消耗金额分别比上一年增长了19．98％，13．05％，33．29％，DDDs分别比上一年增长了-3．89％，2．03％，36．68％。结论该院门诊抗高血压药物的消耗金额呈逐年上升的趋势。从2004年到2007年，消耗金额和DDDs前几位的排序居前的抗高血压药物单品种，均由钙拮抗荆（如硝苯地平、氨氯地平）逐渐被血管紧张素受体阻断剂（如厄贝沙坦、缬沙坦）所代替。

Use and Trend Analysis of Antihypertensive Drugs in Our Hospital Outpatient

Objective To understand the use and development of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital outpatient. Methods To perform the statistical analysis on the data such as the amount of money, usage frequency, variety of antihypertensive drugs from 2004 to 2007 in our hospital outpatient. Results In 2005, 2006, 2007, the consumption amount over the previous year increased by 19.98%, 13.05%, 33.29% respectively, and DDDs increased by- 3.89%, 2. 03%, 36. 68% respectively. Conclusion The drug consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs rose annually; from 2004 to 2007, in the top positions for the ordering of single species anti-hypertension drug consumption and the amount of DDDs, calcium antagonists such as nifedipine, amlodipine were gradually replaced by angiotensin receptor blockers such as irbesartan, valsartan.
