| 摘 要： | 目的 观察老年脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的早期护理干预的效果。方法 急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者65例，随机分为护理干预组和对照组33例。护理干预组在进行常规治疗护理的基础上进行早期护理干预，发病30d后的吞咽障碍程度与对照组比较。结果 早期护理干预组吞咽障碍程度比对照组有明显好转（P〈0．01）。结论 对老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者进行早期护理干预吞咽障碍可明显好转，能提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of the nursing intervention on elderly patients with the dysphagia owing to acute stroke.Methods 65 elderly patients with dysphagia owing to acute stroke were divided into nursing group and control group randomly.The patients from nursing group not only received conventional therapy,but also obtained nursing intervention in early stage.The extent of dysphagia was compared between two groups on 30th day after onset.Results The extend of dysphagia in those patients from nursing intervention group was improved significantly compares to those from control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The implementation of nursing intervention can alleviate the dysphagia state in elderly patients with the stroke,thereby,improve these patients' quality of life. |
