| 摘 要： | 目的评价羟基喜树碱（HCPT）膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的近期疗效。方法对73例膀胱癌患者术后应用HCPT20mg作膀胱内灌注,疗程为每周1次,连续8次后改为2周1次,连续8次后每月1次,连续用药3年。结果随访8～44个月,肿瘤复发11例,复发时间均在术后18个月内,复发率15.07%。结论 HCPT膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发近期效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of hydroxycamptothecin to prevent recurrence after surgical treatment of superficial bladder tumor.Methods 73 patients of superficial bladder tumor after surgical treatment have been given intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin,once a week for 2 months;once two weeks for 4 months and once a month for 30 months.Results All the patients were followed up for 8~44 months,11 patients among them had recurrence of tumor and the rate was 15.07%,all the recurrence took place during 18 months after sugery.Conclusion Hydroxycamptothecin is effective in prevention of recurrence after surgical treatment of superficial bladder tumor with fewer side effects. |
