| 摘 要： | 目的观察手术切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法采用跟骨外侧＂L＂形切口,切开复位,解剖型跟骨钛板内固定的方法治疗跟骨关节内骨折患者30例。结果优10例,占33%;良18例,占60%;差2例,占7%。优良率占93%。结论手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折可以恢复跟骨的高度,长度和宽度,重建距下关节面和跟骰关节面,保证获得充分的稳定,允许术后早期活动。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture.Methods 30 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fracture were treated by open reduction and anatomic titanium plate internal fixation through the calcaneal lateral ＂L＂ shaped incision.Results The results were excellent in 10 cases（33%）,good in 18 cases（60%）,fair in 2 cases（7%）.The excellent and good rate accounted for 93%.Conclusion Titanium plate internal fixation is an effective treatment for intra-articular calcaneal fracture.This procedure can restore the calcaneal height,length and width,reconstruct the articular facet of subtalar joint and calcaneocuboid joint,which ensure adequate stability for allowing postoperative early mobilization. |
