| 摘 要： | 目的：：调查痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并不孕患者经不同护理干预后的心理状况及满意度。方法：选择68例痰湿型 PCOS 合并不孕患者随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组采取常规护理，研究组给予个性化心理护理，于干预前填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)，干预后再次填写上述量表，并调查患者满意度，比较2组患者护理干预前后心理状况变化及满意度。结果：经个性化心理护理后干预组 SAS 及 SDS 评分明显下降，满意度提高，差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：个性化心理护理干预可明显改善痰湿型 PCOS 合并不孕患者的心理健康状况，提高其满意度。

Research on the Psychological Status and Nursing Intervention with Phlegm Dampness type of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the influences of psychological nursing on the infertile patients with phlegm dampness type of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods:A survey on the psychological conditions of 68 patients were carried out,and the study subjects were devided into control group and treatment group randomly.For control group, we took the usual nursing,while psychological nursing interventions for the treatment group.Then we compared the psy-chological differences and satisfaction degree respectively.Results:The treatment group had obviously improvement of psy-chological anxiety and depression.The SAS and SDS grades and diversities of satisfaction had statistical significances (P <0.05).Conclusion:The health education and psychological nursing can improve the mental health condition and satisfaction degree of patients with PCOS. |
