摘    要:目的::建立测定痕量格列本脲(GLB)的共振瑞利散射(RRS)光谱法。方法:在 pH 为3.5的HAC-NaAc 缓冲体系中,GLB 与曙红 Y(EY)形成离子缔合物,会引起 RRS 光谱的明显改变。结果:最大散射波长位于312 nm。散射信号的增强(ΔI RRS )与 GLB 的质量浓度在0.1~2.5 mg/mL 范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为25μg/L。方法应用于片剂中 GLB 的测定,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.9%。结论:RRS 法简便、快速、准确,可用于 GLB 的定量测定。

Resonance Rayleigh Scattering Method for the Determination of Glibenclamid
Abstract:Objective:To develop a resonance Reyleigh scattering (RRS ) method for the determination of trace Glibenclamid(GLB).Methods:In pH3.5 HAC-NaAc buffer solution,GLB reacted with Eosin Y to form anion-association complexes.As a result,the intensitie of resonance Rayleigh scattering was enhanced greatly and the new scattering spectra displayed.Results:The maximum RRS wavelength at 312 nm.The linear relationship was found between the increases of the scattering intensity (ΔI RRS )and the mass concentration of GLB in the range of 0.1~2.5 mg/mL with detection limits (3σ) of 25 μg/L.The method was applied to determine GLB in tablets,giving the RSD(n=5)of 1.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and applied to the determination of trace amount of NVB in tablets with satisfactory results.
