腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠疗效观察

目的研究和探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠的疗效。方法收集输卵管异位妊娠患者232例,并将他们随机分成两组,一组为观察组,一组为对照组,观察组96例,对照组136例,观察组对患者行腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠,对照组对患者行开腹患侧切除输卵管手术,并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血率、住院时间和术后并发症情况。结果对患者行腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠的观察组患者手术时间平均1 h,术中出血量(31. 5±12. 2) m L,脏器损伤例数2例、平均住院天数4. 08 d、术后并发切口感染2例、肠功能障碍4例;对患者行开腹患侧切除输卵管手术的对照组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、脏器损伤例数、平均住院天数、术后并发切口感染例数和发生肠功能障碍的例数分别为1. 05 h、(67. 1±32. 2) m L、6例,6. 31 d、6例、28例。观察组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量、脏器损伤例数、平均住院天数、术后并发切口感染例数和发生肠功能障碍的例数均少于对照组患者。两组患者的差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠疗效优、安全性高、并发症少,值得在临床上广泛的推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy of Fallopian Tube

Objective To study and discuss the effect of laparoscopic surgery on ectopic pregnancy of fallopian tube.Methods 232 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into two groups. One group was observation group,the other group was control group,96 cases were observation group and 136 cases were control group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy. The control group was treated with open surgery for patients with ectopic pregnancy. The operation time and intraoperative outflow of the two groups were compared. Blood rate,hospitalization time and postoperative complications. Results The average operation time of the observation group was 1 hour,the amount of bleeding during operation was 31. 5( 31. 5 ± 12. 2) m L,2 cases of organ injury,4. 08 days of hospitalization,2 cases of incision infection and 4 cases of intestinal dysfunction after laparoscopic surgery,and the average operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and viscera of the control group who underwent laparotomy for ectopic ectopic pregnancy were 1 hour,2 cases of incision infection and 4 cases of intestinal dysfunction. The number of organ injuries,average hospitalization days,incision infections and intestinal dysfunction were 1. 05 h,( 67. 1 ± 32. 2) m L,6. 31 days,6 cases and 28 cases respectively. The average operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,organ injury cases,average hospitalization days,incision infection cases and intestinal dysfunction cases in the observation group were less than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy of fallopian tube has excellent curative effect,high safety and fewer complications. It is worth popularizing widely in clinical practice.
