减张缝合器术在瘢痕整形中的应用

目的 探究减张缝合器术在瘢痕整形中的应用效果。 方法 选取2018年1月-2022年5月黔西南州 人民医院收治的60例瘢痕整形患者，按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组接受传统手工 缝合，观察组接受减张缝合器术，比较两组创口愈合满意度及术后瘢痕恢复情况。 结果 观察组创口愈合 满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后瘢痕评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。 结论 减张缝合器术不仅可以达到减小瘢痕形成的风险和提高瘢痕整形的效果，而且还能减 少手术后不适感，提高手术的安全性和可靠性，具有较好的应用前景。

Application of Tension-reducing Suture Device in Scar Plastic Surgery

Objective To study the application effect of tension-reducing suture device in scar plastic surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with scar plastic surgery admitted to Qianxian Prefecture People''s Hospital from January 2018 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received traditional manual suture, and the observation group received tension-reducing suture. The wound healing satisfaction and postoperative scar recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The postoperative scar score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The tension-reducing suture device can not only reduce the risk of scar formation and improve the e?ect of scar plastic surgery, but also reduce postoperative discomfort and improve the safety and reliability of the operation, which has a good application prospect.
