| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘是儿童常见的呼吸系统疾病之一,以慢性气道炎症和气道高反应性为特点。该文阐述了肠道菌群与儿童支气管哮喘的关系,揭示了短链脂肪酸通过肺肠轴参与哮喘的发病机制,提出了通过调节肠道菌群提高体内短链脂肪酸的丰度作为防治哮喘的有效策略。

| Abstract: | Bronchial asthma is one of the common respiratory diseases in children and is characterized by chronic airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness. This review elaborates on the relationship between gut microbiota and bronchial asthma in children, analyzes the involvement of short-chain fatty acids in the pathogenesis of asthma through the gut-lung axis, and discusses the possibility of preventing and treating asthma by increasing the abundance of short-chain fatty acids via the regulation of gut microbiota, which is worthy of further in-depth study. |
