美容缝合技术在颌面部创伤外科整形术中的应用

目的 分析颌面部创伤外科整形术中运用美容缝合技术的临床效果。 方法 选取2022年3月-2023年3月成都中医药大学附属医院收治的90例颌面部创伤患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用常规颌面部创伤外科整形术，观察组使用美容缝合技术，比较两组临床指标、创口愈合情况以及并发症发生情况。 结果 观察组水肿恢复、伤口愈合、拆线时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组整体厚度、色泽度、柔软度、血管分布VSS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的24.44%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 颌面部创伤外科整形术中，应用美容缝合术相较于常规缝合术式，可更有效缩短患者术后水肿等恢复时间，避免颌面部出现感染情况，术后并发症发生率较低，患者创伤愈合情况较好，可有效提升美容修复效果。

Application of Cosmetic Suture Technique in Maxillofacial Trauma Surgery

Objective To analyze the clinical e?ect of cosmetic suture technique in maxillofacial trauma surgery. MethodsA total of 90 patients with maxillofacial trauma admitted to the Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from March 2022to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The controlgroup was treated with conventional maxillofacial trauma surgery, and the observation group was treated with cosmetic suturetechnique. The clinical indexes, wound healing and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The timeof edema recovery, wound healing and suture removal in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, theoperation time was longer than that of the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The VSSscores of overall thickness, color, softness and vascular distribution in the observation group were lower than those in thecontrol group, and the di?erences were statistically signifcant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observationgroup was 6.67%, which was lower than 24.44% in the control group, and the di?erence was statistically signifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion In maxillofacial trauma surgery, compared with conventional suture, cosmetic suture can more effectivelyshorten the recovery time of postoperative edema and avoid infection in maxillofacial region. Meanwhile, the incidence ofpostoperative complications is low, and the wound healing of patients is better, which can e?ectively improve the e?ect ofcosmetic repair.
