康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合青光眼阀治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床观察

目的观察全视网膜光凝后康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合青光眼阀治疗新生血管性青光眼的临床疗效。方法临床选取24例来我院就诊的新生血管性青光眼患者,分为治疗组及对照组各12例(12只眼),治疗组给予全视网膜光凝后康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合青光眼阀植入手术治疗和对照组全视网膜光凝后联合青光眼阀植入手术治疗。治疗后一周、一个月、二个月、三个月分别行最佳矫正视力、裂隙灯检查、眼压检查。结果治疗一个月后,治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为58.33%,治疗三个月后治疗组与对照组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论全视网膜光凝后康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合青光眼阀植入治疗新生血管性青光眼疗效确切,保护残存视力,减少青光眼复发。

A Clinical Study on Combercept Intravitreal Injection Combined with Ahmed Drainage VaIve ImpIantation in the Treatment of Neovascular Glaucoma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection combined with Ahmed drainage vaIve impIantation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma after panretinopathy photocoagulation(PRP). Methods Clinically collected the patient diagnosed as NVG,patients are divided into observed group(12 eyes) and contrasted group(12 eyes) at random, the observed group intravitreal injection combined with Ahmed drainage vaIve impIantation after panretinopathy photocoagulation(PRP),the contrasted group treated by the only Ahmed drainage vaIve impIantation after panretinopathy photocoagulation(PRP);After 1 week、1 month、2 months、3 months, according to the vision、slit lamp、non-contact to intraocular pressure, observation before and after treatment in patients of clinical effect. Results After 3 months,the total effectiveness of the observed group was 91.67%, the contrasted group was 58.33%, there were significant diffience between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions The combercept intravitreal injection combined with Ahmed drainage vaIve impIantation after panretinopathy photocoagulation in treat of neovascular glaucoma is safe and reliable.
