烧烫伤速效膏治疗烧,烫伤及抑菌作用的实验研究

目的：观察烧烫伤速效膏对烧烫伤的治疗效果，并观察其抑菌作用。方法：采用家兔复制烧烫伤模型，观察烧烫伤速效膏对深Ⅱ°烫伤、Ⅲ°烧伤的影响；并运用试管倍比稀释法，平皿内挖洞灌药法观察该制剂的抑菌作用。结果：试药能明显提高创面愈合率和脱痂率。烧伤面愈合率、脱痂率（7－28天）．提高约19％－35％及13％～38％。烫伤面愈合率（7～21天）提高约3％～52％，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。该制剂还能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌的生长繁殖。结论．药对烧烫伤具有明显治疗作用，并具有较强抑菌作用。

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF QUICK-ACTING OINTMENT FOR BURNS AND ITS BACTERIOSTASIS

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of quick-acting ointment for bums on burn and scald and its bactetiostasis. Methods: Using the burn model reproduced with rabbit, the effects of the tested drug on deep seconddgeree and third - degree burns were observed.And by means of proportional dilution method in the test tube and method of digging hole in plate and filling it with drug,its bacteriostasis was observedResults:The drug tested can increase healing rate and decrustation rate. Healing rate was increased about 19 to 35 percent and decrustation rate ahaut 13 to 38 percent of the burned-surface (from 7 to 28 days). Healing rate of scalded - surface was increased about 3 to 52 percent (from 7 to 21 days), there were significant diffelence between the treatment groups and the control groups (P < 0.01). The drug also inhibitted the growing and reproduction of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacterium aeruginosum and Bacterium colt commune. Conclusion: The drug has obvious therapeutic and bacteriostatic effects.
