| 摘 要： | 35例心绞痛患者每日口服莫诺美地25mg,观察心绞痛、胸闷发作次数,心电图变化及其不良反应,结果发现治疗后心绞痛、胸闷发作次数减少(P<0.01),硝酸甘油口含量下降(P<0.01),心电图ST↓(mm)、T倒置导联数,T倒置深度(mm)、T双相导联数及T低平导联数均有改善(P<0.05)。药物不良反应发生率少,提示应用莫诺美地25mg治疗心绞痛有效、安全。

| Abstract: | 35 patients with AP were treated with Mono Mack capsule 25mg, po, qd for 4 weeks, to study the effect of Mono Mack on angina pectoris caused by CHD. The results showed that the severity and frequency of AP and consumption of ni-troglycerin were reduced (P<0. 01) , and the epression of ST of ECG was improved (P<0. 05). Mono Mack's side effects were mild and reversible. It is suggested that Mono Mack is an effective and safe drug for AP. |
