| 摘 要： | 观察参芪口服液对“血瘀”模型大鼠血液流变学及血小板聚集的影响,以及参芪口服液对ADP诱导的家兔体外血小板聚集的影响。实验表明参芪口服液对全血粘度、红细胞压积均有显著改善,同时显著降低血小板聚集率。提示参芪口服液具有改善血液流变学,抗血小板聚集作用。同时观察了丹参、黄芪单味药应用及配伍应用对血液流变学及血小板聚集的影响。

| Abstract: | The effects of Shenqi oral liquid on hemorrheology and platelet aggregation in congest model of rat and platelet aggregation in blood of rabbit induced by ADP in vitro were observed and studied. The results showed that Shenqi oral liquid could improve the viscosity of entire blood and also decrease the rate of platelet aggregation. The experiment suggested that Shenqi oral liquid had the effect of improving hemorrheology and preventing platelet aggregation. In the experiment were also observed the effects of Dansheng and Huangqi on hemorrheology and platelet aggregation. |
