聚维酮碘溶液体外抗菌活性比较

为比较不同厂家聚维酮碘溶液的体外抗菌活性,选择3个厂家的样品液与直接溶解的对照液比较。4者配成相同有效碘含量的消毒液.在无菌环境下点样于内径为6 mm的不锈钢管内,观察含菌琼脂平皿内抑菌圈大小。结果,不同厂家聚维酮碘溶液抗菌效果有显著性差异;与对照液相比,抗菌作用有的增强有的减弱。

A comparison of the Liquors Povidone Iodine in Vitro Antibacterial Activities

To discuss whether the in vitro antibacterial activities of the Liquors Povidone Iodine produced by different pharmaceutical factories are the same, three sample solutions are selected and contrasted with the directly -dissolving solution, making up four disinfectant solutions containing the same concentration of effective iodine. In the bacteria - free environment, we dropped the above four solutions as a sample into the four different stainless steel tubes with an inner diameter of 6 mm and observed the size of the inhibitory rings in the bacterial agar plane pools. As a result , the antibacterial activitives show a remarkable difference among the Liquors Povidine Iodine produced by different pharmaceutical factories, and the antibacterial activitives of them may be stronger or weaker than the those of contrast solution.
