消瘤汤对小鼠移植性肿瘤S_（180）影响的实验研究

目的观察消瘤汤对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及其对胸腺及脾脏的影响。方法建立小鼠移植肉瘤S180模型。用高、中、低剂量消瘤汤及5-氟尿嘧啶治疗荷瘤小鼠,并设空白模型组对照,观察其抑瘤率及胸腺和脾脏指数。结果消瘤汤中剂量组和5-氟尿嘧啶组抑瘤率分别为51.91%和57.82%,均大于30%,与空白模型组比较抑瘤效果明显增高（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。消瘤汤各剂量组均可逆转胸腺指数、脾指数的异常改变,改善荷瘤小鼠的生存质量。结论消瘤汤可抑制瘤体的增长,能保护荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官,具有良好的免疫调节作用。

Experemental Research on Tumor-inhibiting Effects of Xiaoliutang Formula on Transplanted S180 Tumor

Objective： To observe the tumor - inhibiting effects of Xiaoliutang Formula on transplanted S180 tumor as well as its effects on thymus and spleen in mice. Method ： Mice with transplanted S180 tumor are treated, either with high, intermediate and low doses of Xiaoliutang Formula or with 5 - Fu. Then the inhibiting rate, the thymus index and the spleen index are observed. Results： In the intermediate and 5 -Fu groups, the tumor- inhibiting rates are 51. 91% and 57. 82% respectively; the abnormal thymus indeces and spleen indeces are restored; and the living quality of mice is improved. Coonclusions： Xiaoliutang Formula can effectively inhibit the growth of transplanted S180 tumor. It also shows its immune regulatory function by pro- tecting the immune organs in mice.
