沈阳市某农村社区居民高血压患病率及其影响因素分析

目的：了解沈阳市农村居民高血压患病情况及其影响因素。方法：采用随机整群抽样的方法选择沈阳市东陵区某中等经济水平农村社区18周岁以上的居民进行健康相关因素问卷调查和健康体检,将调查结果通过χ2检验和Logistic回归进行分析,找出高血压的危险因素。结果：共获得有效问卷724份,其中高血压患者为205人,高血压患病率为28.31%。单因素分析提示不同职业、婚姻状况、文化程度、体质指数、血清胆固醇和甘油三酯,其高血压患病率有统计学差异（P〈0.01）;Logistic回归分析提示文化水平、体质指数、高胆固醇、高甘油三酯与高血压患病显著相关（P〈0.05）。结论：该村居民高血压的患病率高,需加强健康教育和健康促进为主导的综合干预措施,促进农村社区人群健康状况。

The Population Distribution of Hypertension and the Risk Factors in the Countryside of Shenyang
