真空负压水动按摩联合低频电脉冲治疗早泄的对照研究

目的评价真空负压水动按摩联合低频电脉冲穴位刺激治疗早泄的临床疗效和安全性。方法 86例早泄患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组56例,采用真空负压水动按摩联合低频电脉冲穴位刺激治疗,每周3～5次,15次为一疗程。对照组30例,仅予心理治疗。观察两组治疗后射精潜伏期（IELT）以及勃起功能情况变化。结果治疗组早泄治愈21例,有效12例,有效率为76.8%;对照组有效9例,有效率为30%;治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组合并轻度勃起功能障碍（ED）者32例,治疗后勃起功能改善23例,有效率为71.88%;对照组合并轻度ED者18例,治疗后勃起功能改善5例,有效率为27.78%;治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论真空负压水动按摩联合低频电脉冲穴位刺激治疗早泄有效、安全,同时适合于伴轻度ED的早泄患者。

Clinical efficacy of vacuum underpressure liquid moving massage therapy combined with low-frequency electrical pulse acupoint stimulation for premature ejaculation

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of vacuum underpressure liquid moving massage therapy combined with low-frequency electrical pulse acupoint stimulation in the treatment of premature ejaculation(PE).Methods 86 patients with PE were divided into two groups at random.56 patients in the treatment group were treated with vacuum underpressure liquid moving massage therapy combined with low-frequency electrical pulse acupoint stimulation 3~5 times a week,15 times for one treatment course.The other 30 patients in the control group were treated with psychotherapy.And then the changes of intra-vaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT) and erectile function after treatment were observed.Results In the treatment group,33 patients had their PE improved and the efficacy rate was 76.8%,as compared with 30% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There were 32 patients with concomitant erectile dysfunction(ED) in treatment group and 23 of them had their ED improved.The efficacy rate was 71.88%,as compared with 27.78% in the control group.There was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).No obvious side effects were observed during treatment.Conclusions The therapy of vacuum underpressure liquid moving massage combined with low-frequency electrical pulse acupoint stimulation is effective for patients with PE with concomitant ED.
