六味能消胶囊联合莫沙比利对功能性消化不良患者胃动力的影响

目的探讨六味能消胶囊联合莫沙比利对功能性消化不良(FD)患者胃动力的影响。方法选择诊断明确的FD患者98例,分成莫沙比利组(A组)、六味能消组(B组)、六味能消联合莫沙比利组(C组)。莫沙比利5 mg每日3次,六味能消胶囊2粒每日3次,均餐前口服。3组均每周复诊1次,连续4周,记录每周复诊症状,进行疗效分析,并在治疗前后进行胃排空测定,比较3组患者胃动力变化。结果 A、B、C组有效率分别为68%,72%,91%,C组总有效率明显高于A组、B组。C组治疗后较A组、B组胃动力有明显改善。结论六味能消胶囊与莫沙比利联合治疗FD效果优于二者单用,可明显改善胃动力。

Effect of combination of Liuweinengxiao Capsule and Mosapride Citrate on gastric motility in patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective It is to explore the effect of combination of Liuweinengxiao capsule and Mosapride citrate on gastric motility of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 96 patients with FD were randomly divided into groups A,group B,and group C,treated with Mosapride Citrate,Liuweinengxiao capsul and Mosapride Citrate plus Liuweinengxiao capsule respectively.5mg of Mosapride citrate one time and 3 times per day,2 capsules of Liuweinengxiao capsule on time and 3 times per day.All the drugs should be taken by oral use before meal.Course of treatment was 4 weeks,everyone should return visit one time every week,clinical outcomes was observed and analyzed,gastric empting were observed and recorded before or after therapy.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in group C(91%)than that in group A(68%) and group B(72%)(P<0.05).Gastric motility had been improved more obviously in group C than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative effect on functional dyspepsia treated with combination of Liuweinengxiao capsule and Mosapride Citrate was better than each use alone.
